Appropriate high-altitude mountaineering gear is required. Air-Glaciers reserves the right to refuse boarding to any passenger who is inadequately equipped.
Each passenger must be self-sufficient and able to return from Rosablanche on their own, in the event that deteriorating weather conditions prevent us from operating return flights.

Special terms

In the event of flight cancellations due to deteriorating weather conditions or the cancellation of the 2026 race by the race organizers, we will issue a full refund of the amounts paid.
In order to optimize our helicopter flights and minimize our environmental impact, we may contact you to propose an alternative departure time.
Air-Glaciers assumes no liability for any incidents or accidents that may occur outside its helicopters, at Rosablanche, or during the descent.
